We Help You Make Sense of the Claim
Pack-out, contents cleaning, and storage are often covered under a homeowners or commercial policy after a fire, water, or smoke loss, though what is covered and for how long depends on your policy. The documented inventory we build is exactly what a claim runs on, and we back it with detailed Xactimate estimates, the same platform adjusters use, so everyone is working from the same numbers.

When is a pack-out actually necessary?
When a room has to be emptied to be restored, when items are at risk of further damage where they sit, or when the home is not livable during the work. It is common after fire damage, larger water losses, and any job with extensive reconstruction. If a job only affects one corner of a room, a full pack-out may not be needed, and we will tell you that.
How do you keep track of everything?
Every item is photographed, labeled, and logged before it leaves the house, and you receive that inventory. When your belongings come back, we check them against the same list. The documentation is there for your insurance claim and so nothing rests on anyone's memory.
Where are my belongings stored?
Storage runs through a secured, climate-controlled partner facility, which matters in Las Vegas, where heat left unchecked can warp, fade, and grow mold on stored items. We coordinate the facility and remain your single point of contact, so you are not managing a separate storage company on your own.
How long will my things be in storage?
It tracks with the restoration timeline, often a few weeks for most jobs and longer for major reconstruction. We coordinate the return with the rest of your project so your belongings come back once the home is actually ready for them, not before.
What if some items cannot be saved?
We document every non-salvageable item with photos and descriptions for your claim rather than quietly disposing of it. The goal is to save as much as possible, and when something is beyond saving, you have the record you need for the loss.
Does insurance cover pack-out?

Can I pack some things myself?
You are welcome to handle personal items you would rather keep with you. For anything going through an insurance claim, professional packing with documentation protects you if a question ever comes up about condition, so we generally recommend letting us log those items.
